Ships Ladder Shoe Rack
These shoes were made for walking, and that's just what they'll do! When they're done with all that walking, they can take a nice rest here on this curated, multi-material custom-made shoe rack. The metal structure was originally used as a "ship's ladder" backstage on a set at Minetta Lane Theatre, and the wood was flooring from one of their sets too! When they were done with it all, Final Strike took it and Teko created this piece for his artist collection, so that these materials could continue getting stepped on for many years to come!
This material came from Minetta Lane Theatre. In their return to theater as we know it today, the production team at Minetta was interested in clearing out some space, and wanted to make sure it went to a company like Final Strike, instead of a landfill. This oppurtunty gave their overused/retired pieces a chance to live a whole new life.
