Care instructions: These are made from poplar, one of the softer hardwoods, so to maintain it's peak condition, we recommend a light sanding (220 grit or higher sandpaper) and a foodsafe mineral oil treatment to be applied to the wood surface every 10 or so uses. Hand wash with soap and water, do not put in the dishwasher.
